Connecting your assistant

Connect to https://lanelet.com/api/mcp in a compatible assistant, sign in to Lanelet, and approve a workspace. Then ask your assistant to show your boards. See the connection guide for client setup and token alternatives.

The plugin can browse boards and create, edit, bin, and restore tickets. It does not currently manage notes, CRM, whiteboards, sheets, members, or workspace settings. Revoke connections in Settings to stop future access.

Reporting a problem

Include what you were trying to do, your assistant or browser, and the error message. Never include passwords, API tokens, authentication codes, or private board content.

Privacy and account requests

Contact the same support address for account deletion or personal-information requests. Our privacy policy explains data handling and your choices; our terms cover use of Lanelet.
